It can be worn casually, or you can dress it up, it is a popular fashion in prom dresses. Take a look below of how to wear it either way, and some cute hi- low items and where to get them ! 

Miley Cyrus does it dressy in a Jenny Packham gown with Louboutin's. This dress is gorgeous and a perfect length in the front !
